Sephora Haul! A few things from black friday: Buxom, Tarte, Algenist...

Here are a few things I picked up from the Black Friday sale at Sephora! I wanted to get this up earlier but I've been busy with some oh so fun home renos *sarcasm*. Things like getting your roof re-done do not excite me lol. Let's just say, I cannot wait for 2016!
Anyways, this haul includes my new favourite cleanser, a new toner I am trying out, and a few black friday bargains. I have other goodies waiting in line to show you too, but I figured this one was long over due! Claims: Alcohol and oil free. Replenishes, revitalizes, brightens, softens , purifies, and balances skin. Preps the skin to absorb serums and moisturizers more efficiently.
* I was on the hunt for a new toner after finishing up my Murad one. I did a bit of research on the Beautypedia website (check it out for amazing research based reviews on skin care and makeup!) and found this one to have high ratings. After testing it out for at least a month I'll probably post a more in depth review.
2 - Buxom - Strut Your Stuff Lip & Eye Trio

Size: 3 mini samples
*This trio is no longer available...it sold out pretty fast. The links above are for the full size individual products if you are interested. I really don't own any buxom products and figured this was a good way to test out a few on the cheap! If you guys have any Buxom recommendations let me know, I'd love to explore the brand further.

3 - Tarte - Easy Glowing Delux Cheek Set

*Also sold out! I had to put in some swatches...the 'enthused' blush does have shimmers in it, that being said, I am still going to try it as a highlight! I think I will keep dazed for the summer months, it's a bit too dark for my skin tone (and if I ever decide to use creams, it's usually in the summer).

Claims: Tones and hydrates skin. Melts away dirt, oil and makeup. Suitable for all skin types. Gentle enough for the eye area.
*How can you pass this up?! I actually just got into the purity cleanser a few months ago. I've even been using it to clean my brushes - it's fantastic.

Rose, Pearl, Lotus
Claims: Each mask is infused with a different active ingredient for a brighter & revitalized complexion. The fiber masks hug facial contours for better penetration.
*I love these masks! They are on the pricier side for disposable sheet masks - that's why I picked this pack up. I think I might use one tonight after work:)
The rest are some delux mini samples and a foil packet samples! I have been accumulating my points at Sephora...Have you guys found that for the last few months there hasn't been anything worthwhile spending them on?? Maybe it's just me!

Claims: VIsible results in as little as 10 days. Strengthens eye area, firms upper eyelid, reduces fine lines and wrinkles, and improves skin luminosity.
*Big claims for this product! And as a free 100 point perk it is a pretty good deal (considering the high price tag). I have stopped using creams specific for the eye area, as they are often over priced - instead I have been using really good skin care all over my face. We shall see!

Claims: A new and improved formula claiming it does not dry out. High volume and dramatic false lash effect. Enriched with B5 pro-vitamin.
* Again, I seem to save my perks for the pricier items (duh). I have never tried a YSL mascara, have you? It comes in four different colours (black, brown, purple, and blue)... I think the number 1 indicates this one is black, but I don't want to open it quite yet. Too many to go through at the moment!

Claims: Powerful antioxidant, ultra sheer, revives and smooths texture, clarifies complexion, and provides environmental protection. Featuring bakuchiol—natural ingredient similar to retinol without the negative side effects. Also contains, omegas 3 and 6 and vitamin C.
*Obesssssessed with face oils! I think I will do a whole segment on the ones I have. Here is another one to add to the collection.
